You will assist with daily living activities, health management, and social engagement, while documenting care plans and collaborating with care teams to ensure safety and quality of support. Shift flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid Michigan driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Shift flexibility; weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 and perform checks.
• Support mobility and activities of daily living.
• Assist with transportation to community activities.
• Attend medical appointments and relay information.
• Document care plans and progress.
