Hourly rate starts at $16 with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes training new staff, ensuring shift coverage, and promoting personal goals and dignity in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle insurance coverage.
• Experience with IDD population preferred or plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Direct Support staff and ensure thorough training.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal goals.
• Support community integration and choice in activities and settings.
• Maintain safety and report incidents immediately to supervisors.
