This role emphasizes person-centered planning, compassion, and community integration. Hourly rate is $15–$16 with a full-time regular schedule and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass pre-employment screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of disability rights and community integration principles is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ rights and protect health and safety.
