Easterseals NH in New Hampshire is seeking Direct Support Associates to help adults with diverse abilities thrive in their communities. You’ll support individuals as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence, including vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and community-based outings.

No experience required beyond a passion for human services; full-time 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday, first shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals during vocational tasks and activities.

In this role, you’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community‑based activities. Your responsibilities will vary from providing supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed.

If you have experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor, or you’re eager to begin a rewarding career in Human Services, this role is for you!

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation

$19 Hourly

Hours

This is a full-time, 30 hour/week role, Monday - Friday 1st shift
