Job summary

Easterseals NH in New Hampshire is seeking Direct Support Associates to help adults with diverse abilities thrive in their communities. You will support participants in vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga, and other community activities, providing supervision and hand-over-hand assistance as needed.

This full-time, 30 hour/week role offers a comprehensive benefits package, a DSP Career Progression Pathway with up to $1.50 extra per hour after three levels, and holiday and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities.
• Provide supervision and hand-over-hand assistance to help participants engage and stay safe.
• Support independence and inclusion in activities within the program.
