Job summary

TDS Telecom in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor to coach a team of Direct Sales Representatives, grow the residential customer base, and drive revenue while upholding the company mission and values.

The role covers supervising performance, conducting reviews, and expanding customer reach through appointments and referrals in a hands-on leadership capacity. Salary ranges are disclosed and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
2+ years outside sales and/or sales coach experience
1+ year supervisory or sales management experience
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and willing and able to travel

Responsibilities

Hire, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to meet revenue targets and conduct performance reviews.
Educate potential customers in person and by phone about services and obtain appointments.
Write and submit accurate orders and manage orders from sales staff.
Manage customer accounts from sale through installation and follow up for satisfaction.
Report weekly and monthly sales achievements to upper management.
Meet with local distributors and property owners to roll out referral programs.
