TDS Telecommunications LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor in Bend, Oregon to lead and coach a team of Direct Sales Representatives. You will drive revenue growth by acquiring new residential customers and expanding services to existing customers.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with distributors to expand referrals. Travel as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) OR 2+ years professional work experience.
• 2+ years outside sales and/or sales coach experience
• 1+ year supervisory or sales management experience
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and willing and able to travel based on the needs of the business

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to meet revenue targets and performance expectations.
• Contact cold and warm potential customers to educate them on services and obtain appointments.
• Write and submit accurate orders that follow the sales process.
• Oversee orders and ensure timely processing according to the sales process.
• Manage customer accounts from initial sale through installation and follow up for satisfaction.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales achievements to upper management.
• Meet with local distributors and apartment owners to roll out referral programs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
