Job summary

TDS Telecom in Nampa, ID is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor to coach and develop a team of Direct Sales Representatives, drive revenue growth and optimize the sales process. You will supervise performance, train staff and ensure adherence to company policies while expanding our residential customer base.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) OR 2+ years professional work experience.
• 2+ years outside sales and/or sales coach experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or sales management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews and team meetings.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and handle employee issues with HR as needed.
• Grow revenues by acquiring new residential customers and selling to existing ones.
• Educate customers on voice, data, and television services and schedule appointments.
• Oversee orders and ensure timely submission per sales process.
• Report weekly and monthly sales achievements to upper management.
