Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
