Job summary

Xplor Technologies is growing its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for self-motivated professionals who want control over their time and earnings.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex payments concepts into business value.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities
