Universal Energy Solutions is hiring Direct Sales Representatives in the United States. You’ll work with local business owners to review energy plans, present competitive options, and tailor solutions to fit each business.

You'll train under experienced Account Managers to learn our proven sales system and develop your presentations skills. Offered paths include paid training, commissions, and opportunities for rapid career advancement into Account Manager and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.
• Willingness to learn and be mentored by senior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs for clients.
• Recommend competitive energy supplier options based on client needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers.
• Learn and apply the company’s proven customer consultation process.
