Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling to existing customers, and building lasting relationships. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business.

You will develop community relationships with dealerships and local partners, conduct outbound prospecting, and collaborate with leadership on sales and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must obtain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
