Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Senior Manager of Direct Mail & Email Marketing to lead planning, execution, and performance across direct mail, shared mail, and email channels. This role translates channel strategy into disciplined monthly campaign plans, ensuring initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, within budget, and aligned with performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing direct mail, shared mail, and performance-based campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end campaign production and vendor coordination.
• Strong direct mail segmentation, personalization, testing, and postal optimization.
• Experience using campaign performance data to drive decisions.
• Budget management, invoicing, and cost-control experience.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing team members.
• Familiarity with Braze and marketing automation platforms, with ability to oversee alignment without direct ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of direct mail and shared mail campaigns with planning, segmentation, and deployment.
• Develop monthly campaign calendars, timelines, budgets, and production workflows.
• Monitor KPIs like response rates, MCR, and bookable demand to identify opportunities.
• Oversee email marketing priorities and align with print and digital outreach.
• Prevent audience overlap and timing issues across channels.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and cross-functional teams to manage requests and risks.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships, pricing, timelines, and quality.
• Forecast and track channel budgets, approve invoices, and address potential overages.
• Maintain intake, approval, and governance processes.
• Lead and develop the Email Marketing Manager with clear priorities and feedback.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve planning, messaging, and workflows.
