You will drive multi-channel campaigns, guide messaging, and optimize performance across email, SMS, and direct mail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of direct or lifecycle marketing with multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools, incl. ServiceTitan Marketing Pro.
• Analytical, data-driven approach using performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing contexts.
• Independent, proactive contributor without formal leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail).
• Guide messaging, targeting, and design with internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives.
• Define and maintain campaign standards, including deliverability and design guidelines.
• Track campaign performance and provide timely reporting to leadership.
• Identify opportunities from internal data, research, and benchmarking to improve results.
• Review content for accuracy and alignment; occasionally copywriting.
• Coordinate direction to offshore partners and support junior team members.
• Serve as go-to expert for complex lifecycle marketing challenges.
• Build and maintain audiences in ServiceTitan for advanced campaigns.
