Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Direct Install Program Manager to own and scale the Direct Install offering across regions. You will partner with engineering, operations, national accounts, and business development to drive consistency, growth, and profitability.

You will lead multi-region projects, manage complex program requirements, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while building expertise quickly to support strategic expansion.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• A tenacious, resilient approach to stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and direct install measures.
• Experience managing programs with real complexity and risk from planning through execution.
• Sales-adjacent instincts: negotiation, influence, and driving movement.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills for leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning cost, implementation, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations, national accounts, and analytics.
• Manage measure eligibility and lead utility approvals with Regional Leadership and Business Development.
• Evaluate customer and site requirements to determine Direct Install measures and program participation.
• Negotiate contracts and changes; coordinate budgets, statements of work, and financial terms.
• Facilitate project execution by coordinating schedules, site access, materials, and installations.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients and National Accounts.
