CLEAResult is seeking a Direct Install Program Manager to lead our national Direct Install program, aligning regional operations with a consistent, scalable approach.

You will partner with engineering, operations, national accounts, and business development to drive growth, manage risks, and ensure profitable delivery across multiple regions.

A background in energy efficiency programs and strong stakeholder management, plus PMP or MBA, is highly valued.

Formación

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to push projects forward.
• Experience with utility energy efficiency programs is a plus.
• Experience managing complex multi-region programs from planning through execution.
• Sales-adjacent instincts: negotiation and influence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving; able to lead cross-functional teams of 7-15.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all Direct Install programs from inception through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and utilities.
• Manage measure eligibility and lead utility approvals.
• Evaluate customer and site requirements for program measures and participation.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets and terms.
• Coordinate schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities.
• Develop new business and expand program scope with utility clients.
• Establish milestones and reallocate resources as needed.
• Serve as primary customer contact and lead program reviews on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Analyze problems and propose profitability improvements.
• Drive process improvements for scalability as Direct Install expands.
