Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer to drive direct-channel growth in the Texas market. You will cultivate strategic relationships with OEMs and key accounts, promote linear motion products and SMART systems, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor solutions.

Travel is required, and you will leverage CRM to manage opportunities, forecasts, and reports. A technical background and strong consultative selling skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in technical area.
• 5 years of sales experience in OEM or key market segment is preferred.
• Strong customer relationships and technical sales capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and develop new opportunities with growth accounts.
• Promote linear bearings, ball screws, actuators and SMART systems.
• Support defined accounts with specification and growth efforts.
• Evaluate requirements and provide best LT portfolio solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to drive technical sales.
• Share input on pricing, market trends and initiatives.
• Provide product know-how and competitive data to accounts.
• Report account activity and opportunities using CRM.
• Attend meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Engage in special assignments as required.
