Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in the United States is seeking a Direct Technical Sales professional to develop strategic customers and expand market presence. You will work with RKAM/GKAM, Application Engineers, and Inside Sales to promote LT-based solutions such as linear bearings, ball screws, actuators and SMART systems.

Travel is required. A strong background in technical sales and CRM is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of sales experience in related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Prefer 5 years of sales experience in regional OEM sales or Key Market Segment.
• Knowledge of LT and machine applications in Factory Automation.
• Proven ability to develop customer base and meet regional goals.
• Experience presenting to key clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and develop new customer opportunities at growth accounts.
• Promote sale of linear bearings, ball screws, actuators, and SMART systems.
• Assist RKAM/GKAM in growth at defined accounts.
• Evaluate customer requirements and provide LT-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers, Product Sales, and Inside Sales.
• Provide input to sales management on policies, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide product know-how and competitive information.
• Maintain regular CRM reporting on account activity and opportunities.
