Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking a reliable Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes. You will encourage independence, assist with daily living activities, and help build practical skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time or full-time opportunities. You will participate in a friendly, mission-driven team that values compassion, communication, and dependable service to those in our care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
