Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their home settings across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage independence, and help with goal-focused skill-building in a compassionate environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to grow with a caring team. You must be reliable, able to pass background checks, and have transportation to assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Accompany recipients to community activities and appointments.
