Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, assist with daily living tasks, and encourage skill-building to promote independence.

You will also accompany recipients into the community to help them grow personal goals outside the home. The position offers paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Must be 18+, reliable, and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
