Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and accompany recipients on community outings to help grow personal goals outside the home.

We value reliability, compassion, and strong communication. The role offers a flexible schedule and weekly pay, with paid training and a virtual interview process to simplify onboarding.
