Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to join our Southeast Michigan team. You will work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes, providing compassionate support and helping with skill-building activities to promote independence.

You'll also accompany clients into the community to assist with personal goals outside the home. Flexible scheduling and paid training help you grow while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
