Job description

Direct Care Professional (Full Time Evenings)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour; $21.00 per hour after one year (benefit eligible).

Schedule: Sunday 9am-9pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 1pm-11pm.

Training: No experience needed; free on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, enjoys making a difference
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
• Passes a criminal background check, driving record, TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
• Assist with daily activities: community outings, meal preparation, personal care, medication distribution, medical appointments
