Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in the Fall River area (Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas). Pay starts at $21.00 per hour and increases to $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Shifts include Sundays 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM and Fridays 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. No experience is required as free on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job paid training provided.
• TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years.
• Valid drivers license and use of personal vehicle; clean criminal background check and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily activities for adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Ensure a structured routine including individual community outings, meal preparation, daily living assistance, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.
• Assist with community outings such as movies, shopping, dining out, baseball games, bowling, and other interests.
