People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.

You will assist with daily activities, outings, meal prep, and personal care while coordinating medical visits and medication distribution. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential to maintain a structured routine.

Qualifications

• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years.

Pay Rate

• $20.00 / hour
• $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit‑eligible employment)

Schedule

• Saturday 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
• Tuesday 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Wednesday 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Location

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

About the Role

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Community Outings

Outings allow individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy activities they are interested in. Common examples include:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling
