People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for Part Time Days in Fall River, MA. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping with daily activities and maintaining a structured routine.

This role offers steady morning hours, opportunities for full-time later, and a benefits‑eligible path after a year of service. Compensation starts at $20/hour with increases to $21/hour after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and enjoys helping others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide community outings, meal preparation, ADL assistance, personal care, medical appointments and medication distribution.

Direct Care Professionals - Part Time Days

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (up to $21.00/hour after one year of benefit‑eligible employment).
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-10am.

Positions: Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available. Locations: Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Requirements
