People Incorporated seeks a Direct Care Professional for evening shifts in a residential program supporting adults with developmental disabilities. You will help with daily living activities, meals, and personal care while maintaining structured routines.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and motivated to support adults with developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• TB screening and physical required upon hire, TB updates every two years

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a structured routine.
• Coordinate with team for community outings and scheduling of medical appointments.

Direct Care Professional – Full Time (Evenings)

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
$22.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Saturday 9am-11pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 1pm-11pm

No experience needed: We offer ongoing FREE on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Shift Availability: Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem
2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Locations: Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and maintain a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

Community Outings: Opportunities for individuals to engage in community activities such as movies, shopping, dining, baseball games, and bowling.
