Direct Care Professionals Part Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
After one year of benefit‑eligible employment: $21.00 / hour

Schedule: Sunday 9 am–11 pm, Friday 3 pm–11 pm

No experience needed. We offer free on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Openings for Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

What does the job entail?

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings

• Assistance with activities of daily living

• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution
