People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for full-time overnights in Massachusetts. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities and maintaining structured routines.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. We offer on-the-job paid training, career development, and a competitive benefits package including health insurance and 403(b).

Direct Care Professionals – Full Time Overnights

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour

After one year of benefit-eligible employment: $22.00 / hour

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday

No Experience Needed! We offer ongoing free on-the-job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of outings include:

Other Information

Although not required, candidates with an interest in CNA, PCA, and HHA type work are encouraged to apply. Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs are encouraged to apply. (Note that we offer tuition assistance.)
