People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to join our residential program, providing assistance to adults with developmental disabilities during evening shifts. You will help with daily living activities, meals, personal care and medical appointments within a structured routine.

No prior experience required; we offer on-the-job paid training, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) plan.

Job description

Direct Care Professionals – Part Time Evenings

$21.00 / hour (base rate). $22.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

Schedule: Sunday 9am-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm. 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem.

What do I need to join the team?

• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years.

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
