Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to become CPR/First Aid certified.
• Shift full-time / part-time including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety 24/7 with checks and monitoring.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Establish trustworthy, empathetic communication with individuals served.
• Foster partnerships with individuals, the community, and professionals.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Assist with social and leisure activities and community participation.
• Attend medical appointments and relay information accurately.
• Document care plans and care team notes.
