EzCare ABA is hiring Direct Care BCBA professionals for Virginia Beach and surrounding areas, offering both hourly and full-time salaried opportunities.

You will deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Work with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress.
• Monitor client outcomes and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with schools, providers and support teams.
