EzCare ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Virginia Beach for a full-time role. The position offers a salary range of $75,000–$105,000 plus growth opportunities and strong support. The location is Virginia Beach, with a commitment to growth and client-driven outcomes.

As part of a family-owned organization, you will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Virginia licensure (or ability to obtain) required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards.
