EzCare ABA is hiring Direct Care BCBA professionals for Virginia Beach and surrounding areas, offering both hourly and full-time salaried opportunities.

You will deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings, implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Work with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress.

At EzCare ABA, we offer both.

Many clinicians start in an hourly role and transition into a full-time salaried BCBA position as their caseload grows to approximately 25 billable hours per week. It's a flexible approach that supports both immediate earning potential and long-term career growth.

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
• Work closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress
• Monitor client outcomes and make data-driven clinical decisions
• Collaborate with schools, providers, and support teamsHelp children develop communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive life skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA Certification
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for direct clinical work
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable transportation for community-based services
