Era ABA Therapy – Virginia Beach is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across Virginia. The position offers flexible hours, supportive team, and strong administrative support to focus on meaningful clinical work.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train staff, analyze data, and prepare progress reports while ensuring high-quality care for families. Competitive pay of $95K-$105K with mileage reimbursement and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• 2-3 years ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/ABA technicians.
• Train staff and monitor treatment fidelity.
• Analyze data and adjust programs accordingly.
• Provide compassionate support to families.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation.
