EzCare ABA is seeking a Direct Care Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Richmond, VA team and surrounding communities. We offer flexible Full-Time and Part-Time options, with strong clinical support and a clear pathway from hourly caseload to full-time salaried roles as caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Evidence of BCBA certification and Virginia licensure.
• Experience providing direct ABA therapy to children and families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Support skill acquisition, communication, social, and adaptive living goals.
• Provide parent and caregiver coaching.
• Make data-driven treatment decisions to support client success.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the child's care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records.
