Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices.
