Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Passion for direct client care and family-centered services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development.
• Provide parent and caregiver coaching.
• Monitor progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals involved in care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records.
