Job summary

You will lead the dining manager and culinary team, manage multiple venues, and drive safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Food Manager certification required.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive food service or dining operations management.
• Experience overseeing multiple dining venues or complex food service operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor management, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining operations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Manage dining manager, chefs, and hourly staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead scheduling, payroll, and staffing to ensure coverage.
• Monitor budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership for menu execution.
