Aramark in Mechanicsburg is seeking a Dining Room Manager for Asbury Bethany Village to lead daily front-of-house operations and partner with culinary and community leadership to shape dining experiences for residents.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong hospitality instincts, team development, and the ability to manage menus, events, and service delivery while maintaining safety, sanitation, and budget targets.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare dining, or related leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop dining team members.
• Recruit, train, and manage employee performance.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Recognize and reward employee contributions.
• Oversee daily dining operations.
• Develop and implement dining service plans.
• Manage food production, service delivery, and menu execution.
• Build strong relationships with residents, clients, and community leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service recovery when needed.
• Manage food, labor, and operating costs.
• Own budget performance and P&L accountability.
• Monitor forecasts, inventory, and operational variances.
• Achieve food and labor targets.
• Maintain compliance with Aramark standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
