Job summary

Unidine seeks a Dining Services Manager to lead a 15–20 person food service team, overseeing the main dining room and special functions. You will integrate the dining service with the facility plan, ensuring top-quality service and guest satisfaction.

You will work with culinary and marketing teams to rollout programs, interact with clients, and manage interdepartmental relations within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dining services operations in the main dining areas and bistro.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assists with profit and loss and budgeting as it pertains to this account.
• Works with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top quality food.
• Supports all food service-related activities and meal services in seated dining, including sanitation and infection control.
• Assists with rollout of new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Prepares quarterly client reports for presentation.
• Collaborates with marketing and culinary departments to increase sales through food quality.
