Job summary

Unidine Healthcare is seeking a Dining Services Director to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations and lead a team, while managing client relationships, profitability, and talent development.

You will work with the Chef and management to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals and supervise budgeting and P&L, implementing programs and acting as a liaison between the company, client and community.

Qualifications

• BS Hospitality degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
• Dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial and business acumen
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day foodservice operations.
• Manage and lead a team of employees.
• Responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
• Work with the Chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality food.
• Implement culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community.
