Job summary

Unidine is seeking a Dining Services Manager in the United States to lead dining operations across a main dining room and special functions. You’ll manage a team of food service professionals, coordinate with culinary and marketing teams, and drive guest satisfaction while aligning with client objectives.

You will partner with chefs and management to craft menus, monitor quality and sanitation, and assist in budgeting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Wait staff and catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, and food cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dining services operations of a medium to large location.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assists with profit and loss and budgeting for the account.
• Collaborates with the Chef and management to create menus and ensure top quality food.
• Manages meal services in a seated dining room setting and supports sanitation and infection control.
• Supports rollout of new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Prepares quarterly client reports and improves sales through food quality innovations.
