Unidine, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead a team of food service professionals and oversee service in the main dining room and special events. You will align dining operations with the facility plan and collaborate with chefs to deliver high-quality menus.

The role requires strong customer service, budgeting, sanitation and program rollout knowledge, with opportunities to influence guest experiences and drive sales through culinary innovation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, or healthcare.
• Waited staff and catering experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees dining services operations of a medium to large volume location.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Assists with budgeting and profit and loss related to the account.
• Works with Chef and management on menus and quality food.
• Leads meal service in seated dining setting and ensures sanitation and safety.
• Supports rollout of new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Prepares quarterly client reports.
• Collaborates with marketing and culinary departments to boost sales through quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
