Unidine, part of Compass Group USA, Naples, FL, is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead a team in the main dining room and support special functions. The role emphasizes exceptional service, high-quality food, and interdepartmental collaboration within a large hospitality group.

The position requires 2 years’ food service management, strong budgeting and communication skills, and a commitment to standards and guest satisfaction. Association benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience.
• Experience across restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, healthcare or related operations.
• Waitstaff and catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation and presentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Financial, budgeting and accounting capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining services operations for a medium to large location.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-focused manner.
• Assist with budgeting, profit and loss, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Chef and management to create menus and ensure top quality food.
• Support dining-related activities, sanitation, infection control, and facility operations.
• Assist with rollout of new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Prepare quarterly reports for client presentation.
• Work with marketing and culinary to increase sales through quality and innovation.
