Healthcare Services Group, Inc. invites you to join its Dining Services Manager in Training program in North Carolina. This paid 16-week program will develop you to manage and oversee dining services in a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

You will learn to lead dining operations, ensure health and sanitation compliance, train staff, manage inventory, and provide excellent resident and guest service, with potential career paths within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications during program.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
