Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead a team across dining rooms and cafés, overseeing scheduling, training, and service excellence. You will ensure efficient kitchen and dining operations while supporting residents and staff in a vibrant continuing care community.

The role requires at least 3 years of dining management experience, the ability to supervise large teams, and availability on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and manage large teams.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all dining staff.
• Ensure portions, plating, and presentation meet standards.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen, storage and loading dock.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.
