Job summary

Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living seeks an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead restaurant, cafe and supervisory staff, ensuring efficient dining operations and high service standards. You will manage scheduling, training and quality control across multiple venues on site in Naples, FL.

The role requires experience in dining management, Serv-Safe certification and the ability to lead large teams, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dining room management, service and sanitation
• Current Serv-Safe certification or state-specific equivalent
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching and development of all restaurant, cafe and supervisory staff
• Ensure proper portioning, attractive presentation and adherence to service standards
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen, storage and loading dock
• Ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction
