Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead a team, oversee dining room and café operations, and support all aspects of mealtime service. You will ensure efficiency across kitchen, café, dining rooms, and catering areas, contributing to resident satisfaction and your career growth.

The role requires at least 3 years in dining management, weekend/holiday availability, and ability to supervise multiple venues with large teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation.

• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all employees in the restaurant, café, and supervisory positions.
• Ensure food is properly portioned, plates presented attractively, and service meets standards.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.
• Ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in programs to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.

How you will make an impact:
